Who am I (and the Adhara Starpath)

I am Aileen Daw: a witch, priestess, writer, and researcher. I’ve studied Magic and Witchcraft for more than twenty years, since 2004, when I was dedicated by Naelyan Wyvern. I’m a Wiccan Priestess of the Pathways of Shadows Tradition (PoST), consecrated to the Goddess Isis (Aset to the Kemetics), and along the way I was initiated into other paths too: Reiki, the Caminho Mágico do Tarot (CMT, the Magical Tarot Path), and the Wanen Tradition of Witchcraft (both also in Naelyan’s lineage). In 2010 I started producing content on PoST’s YouTube channel, and later on my own personal channel as well.

Behind the witch there’s a researcher. I hold a PhD and did a postdoc in fertility research, and I brought that scientific mindset into my magical practice: I like looking for patterns, cross-referencing scattered information, and putting puzzles together until a system actually makes sense. More recently, I made a career shift into programming and technology, and I also use what I’ve learned there to create spirituality-related content.

I’ve lived in Belgium since 2018, the country where I built most of my academic research and the career I have today. I’m married and a mother of two. I’m autistic and have ADHD, and I talk about it openly: my sensory and cognitive experiences are part of how I understand myself and how I practice Magic.

In 2014 I received a calling from the stars, and that’s where everything started. In 2016 I had a moment of inspiration and wrote down a list of topics I needed to study and, eventually, publish in a book about Stellar Magic. In 2018, I created the first version of the Stellar Laboratory on Padrim. Over eight months, we developed the content that became the first Stellar Magic book in Portuguese!

Life happened, I moved to Belgium, and I couldn’t keep the Stellar Laboratory going at the time. In 2020, looking to continue the work of rescuing the Stellar Mysteries, I founded Adhara Starpath: an initiatory system to rescue ancestral wisdom and the Magic of the Stars.

This is a space for research and learning together. A community connected by a passion for the Stars and a wish to dive into their Mysteries. A way of bringing knowledge back to improve ourselves and the world we live in.
